"We thought we could do “for sale by owner”... so we gave it a whirl … But it was still unsold a month later, although it was definitely a “sellers market!” Todd came into the picture... very knowledgeable, knew how to market the house, getting more for the house than we had even asked... and our stress level went way down!!! ?? In fact, Todd got got highest $ to date in our neighborhood! Very gr8 to work with!... available and quick to respond! Would we use him again???... you bet!!!"

"Todd rescued us from trying in vain to sell our home ourselves. He presented his research on the home values in our neighborhood and even had photos of the interiors of homes that had been sold to compare with our home. It was information we just didn't know about. When we asked him to take over it was a great relief. His photo crew came immediately and did an incredible job. Inside and outside, the property looked amazing. Throughout the entire process we had contact with Todd day or night. He responded to emails and texts and phonecalls immediately. He understood the needs of our family and our timeline. The house sold within two weeks which was wonderful for us. We couldn't be in Colorado at the time of the closing and he made arrangements do that we could do our closing ahead of time and get on with our move to North Dakota. He's a great guy, knows his real estate facts and is a champion negotiator, but he always included us in every decision. Our profit on our home was more than we expected and the stress was way less. I highly recommend him to anyone interested in selling their home. He's simply the best."

"Todd did amazing job; his advertisement of our property was great. The pictures were outstanding especially the airol views. We had some obstacles along the way, like everyone does but Todd was very informative and explain things clearly and work with buyer's team members and we all came to agreements on all issues. Good have someone like this on your team diffidently had our best interest in mind for sure. You will not go wrong with Todd in your corner fighting for you. Definitely recommend Todd to be your retaliator."
